Introduction
This Privacy Policy applies to the personal data of customers that is collected or used by Rocker. Rocker appreciates the interest you have shown in our company, products, and services by visiting our website, www.rockermodular.com, or related communication channels, including, but not limited to, our social media pages and/or channels and blogs (together "Rocker Pages"). This Privacy Policy applies to all the personal data Rocker collects when you interact with Rocker, such as when you visit our website, when you use the products or services offered by Rocker, when you purchase products of Rocker, when you subscribe to newsletters, when you contact customer support etc.
This includes, without limitation, all online collections of all types of personal data. However, some Rocker Pages collections work with special kinds of data which require a somewhat different privacy policy. Whenever and wherever that is the case, Rocker will make it clear that the privacy policy concerned is different from this general Privacy Policy.
Why we ask you to share your Personal Data
We ask you to share your personal data with us for purposes including, but not limited to buying Rocker products online; receiving information about Rocker products and services; storing your preferences for future interactions and communications from Rocker; helping us to develop products and create campaigns that are designed around you, optimise customer services and continuously improve our website, helping us to improve products and services, and allowing Rocker to keep you informed of, or involve you in testing of, new products and services; resolving consumer and/or product issues;

When you interact with Rocker, purchase a product or associate with Rocker via our Rocker Pages (e.g. "like us on Facebook"), we may ask for or receive certain data excluding sensitive and personal data as defined under Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules, 2011, such as: your name, email address, telephone number, social media profile, age, gender, information about the products you've purchased, etc.

These can be product- or service-related, and may include the contents of your questions to us, or requests you addressed to us; communicating with one of our Rocker Customer Care representatives by email or phone or in writing; ordering a product; participating in a promotion, game or competition; participating in a social media activity related to a Rocker promotion (for example clicking "like" or "share"); asking to receive messages on your mobile phone/device; subscribing to a Rocker newsletter; sending us a completed reply card, included with your Rocker product; voluntarily participating in product testing or surveys; social sign-on (using your Facebook or Linkedin credentials, for example, to create an account or log on); when using Rocker connected products and/or Apps, you may be asked whether you wish to share data with Rocker (e.g. share your usage data or your location data); cookies placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit our website; social Listening: Rocker may search the Internet for relevant and publicly available content and use it to improve its products or services, resolve consumer issues and provide targeted marketing.

Sharing your Personal Data with others
