Welcome to ROCKER Rewards, the loyalty program for electricians, dealers and distributors. This page provides help for common app, account, coupon, rewards and verification questions.
Login & OTP
ROCKER Rewards uses mobile number verification. Enter your registered mobile number and follow the OTP verification steps shown in the app.
- Make sure you enter the mobile number registered with your ROCKER Rewards account.
- Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number.
- If the OTP does not arrive, check your mobile network and try again after a short wait.
- Never share an OTP with another person.
Account Registration
ROCKER Rewards supports registration and verification for eligible users. Depending on your role, the app may ask for profile information and verification documents.
If your registration is pending review, please wait for the verification process to be completed. If your registration is rejected, review the reason shown in the app and provide the requested information or documents.
Coupon Scanning & Earning Points
Eligible ROCKER product coupons can be scanned through the app to earn reward points.
- Use the in-app scanner to scan an eligible coupon.
- Make sure the coupon is clearly visible and readable.
- Do not submit the same coupon more than once.
- Points are subject to the applicable ROCKER Rewards rules and verification process.
Points & Transaction History
Your account shows your available reward points and relevant transaction history. The transaction history can help you review points earned and points used for redemptions.
Redeeming Rewards
Points can be redeemed for rewards available in the ROCKER Rewards catalogue. The catalogue may include physical rewards and e-vouchers, depending on the rewards available at the time of redemption.
Redemptions may require approval before fulfilment. Physical rewards are typically dispatched after approval, while e-vouchers are delivered according to the applicable fulfilment process.
ROCKER Rewards does not currently provide cash withdrawal, UPI payout, or direct bank-account transfer of reward points through the app.
KYC & Verification
Some users may be required to submit verification information and documents. Depending on the user role and verification workflow, this may include identity, profile, business or bank-account information.
Bank details, where collected, are used for KYC/account verification and are not a payment method for making purchases through the app.
If your verification is pending, check the status displayed in the app. If additional information is requested, submit clear and valid documents through the relevant in-app workflow.
Profile & Documents
Approved users can manage available profile information and view documents submitted through the app. Keep your information accurate and up to date.
Reward Redemption Issues
If a redemption remains pending, it may be waiting for the required approval or fulfilment process. Please check the redemption status in the app.
If a reward is not delivered within the applicable fulfilment period, or an e-voucher is not received, contact ROCKER support with your registered mobile number and redemption details so the issue can be investigated.

- Keep your mobile device and app updated.
- Do not share OTPs, passwords or verification information with anyone.

Thanks to a single-minded sincerity towards its customers and its devoted employees, the company started gaining market share and the trust of the industry at a pace greater than ever. This positive response has led the company to expand into many more product categories like Electrical Accessories in 2000, Wires and Cables in 2007, and Cable Ties in 2016. Today, the company has more than 1000 SKUs and has experience of more than 3 decades and boasts of a PAN India as well as export sales and distribution network!
